Saihoji temple (Moss temple)

Saihoji temple is famous for its green moss garden.　Before visiting Saihoji temple, an application is required in advance. Before enjoying moss viewing, copying sutras (48 Chinese characters) is required. After that, we can enjoy viewing its beautiful and peaceful  moss garden to our hearts’ contents.
