We have a blowfish party at the end of every year. I bought blowfish without toxic parts at Kuromon Ichiba market in Osaka. The number of attendees is growing year by year. Hosts, my wife and I, were so busy that we couldn’t remember what we ate. As I have a license to process toxic blowfish, I prepared them by myself considering savory menu. Although I couldn’t make blowfish dishes like a skillful professional, we including my daughter’s family and newlywed my son’s pair enjoyed all dishes happily. As now is the high season for blowfish, its price is so expensive. When the high season is over, I’ll hold another blowfish party with friend’s couple to taste blowfish without being rushed.
